Silvretta, skiing action and 1500 inhabitants

Ischgl in Tyrol proves that a village with only a few inhabitants can be counted as one of the most popular winter hotspots in Austria and even in the world. The Silvretta Arena with its 238 kilometres of slopes offers easy, medium and hard slopes - everyone will find his or her skiing pleasure here! In this area, snow is guaranteed from the end of November to the beginning of May. Skiing is made even more fun thanks to huge fun parks and short waiting times. An ultra-modern lift and cable car system makes that possible.

Mecca of alpine lifestyle

Ischgl is one of the largest connected skiing areas in Tyrol and offers winter holidaymakers a lot of entertainment, shopping opportunities and culinary highlights, providing for enough attractions off the slopes.

At the opening and end of the season and at Easter, regular large pop concerts lure music fans to the village. International stars of the music business perform on stage during the Top of the Mountain Concerts. Ischgl’s reputation as a Mecca of winter holidays is characterized by the highest concentration of four-star hotels in Austria.
