I’d like to call out how particularly kind the team members were in supporting a nervous older skier who needed an equipment change to help with navigating the spring skiing conditions. They were friendly, supportive, understanding and gently encouraging and humorous. Please thank them. They are a good bunch!!

Probably the best ski shop I have ever rented from. Superb customer service and a thoroughly pleasant experience. Sound advice and a willingness to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our equipment. A particular shout out for Tomo helping my wife with her skis at the start and end of the day when she was tired. I would recommend this shop to anyone and would not hesitate using it again.

Ich hatte meine Skier in der Schruns Talstation reserviert, hatte aber vor Ort festgestellt, dass ich mich an der falschen Talstation befand. Ohne Probleme konnte ich die Skier daraufhin in der Bergstation ausleihen. Die Rückgabe konnte auch an jeder beliebigen Intersport-Verleihstation erfolgen. Super Service!!!
