De fietsen met de beschermingsmiddelen stonden keurig op tijd klaar. Wij waren zelfs 10 min. eerder, maar dat was geen enkel probleem. Tijdens de activiteit was een trapper losgekomen, hierdoor moesten wij even terug naar de winkel. Dit werd snel opgepakt en ze hadden meteen een nieuwe fiets aangeboden zodat wij onze weg konden vervolgen. Dit is een goede service. Wij zijn vriendelijk geholpen geworden, wij hebben genoten van een leuke activiteit. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar! Bedankt.

Super gute Beratung mit tips und Tricks für die Abfahret , und ganz wichtig mit Möglichkeiten zum Ausstieg von der Strecke . Die Strecke ist anspruchsvoll ! Aber zu schaffen auch für nicht geübte wie mich ! Danke an das Team für diese korrekte Beratung und Einschätzung . Ps als Laie ist eine Vollausstattung empfehlenswert !

I had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. The rental process was smooth, quick, and very well organized, and the bicycles were in excellent condition. This is a wonderful activity for both Arab and international tourists, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Austria. My only suggestion would be to make the bicycle rental price a little more affordable, as I believe this would encourage even more people to enjoy this amazing experience. Thank you for your excellent service!

Wir haben bereits das zweite Mal unsere Räder in Lofer gebucht und ausgeliehen. Auch dieses Jahr waren die Mitarbeiter super freundlich und nett. Man hat sich beeilt, dass die Wartezeiten kurz blieben, hat aber auch alles so gezeigt und erklärt, dass keine Fragen offen blieben. Zusätzlich hat man uns geholfen eine Navihalterung anzubauen, was mehrere Minuten und Kniffelei in Anspruch nahm. Hätten die Mitarbeiter nicht machen müssen, haben sich aber die Zeit genommen. In dem Intersport Litzsport Fleckalmbach / Kirchberg hat man uns zuvor sehr unfreundlich behandelt, weshalb wir in Zukunft ausschließlich in Lofer leihen werden. Danke an die tollen Mitarbeiter dort.

Wir haben zwei E-Bikes bei Intersport Kitzsport ausgeliehen und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Buchung war unkompliziert, der Service vor Ort freundlich und professionell und die Bikes in einem top Zustand. Praktisch fanden wir auch, dass wir Helme direkt dazubuchen konnten. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert – wir würden jederzeit wieder dort ausleihen. Klare Empfehlung!

The guys in the shop were great, everybody was very welcoming as soon as my group walked through the door. The gentlemen who booked us in were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He recommended a great route ze26 over the mountain after our trip to the sing mind Thun gorge. The only niggle was that the bikes were very heavy and the seats a little uncomfortable after a while, other than that very pleased and happy, especially with the battery performance. What a wonderful time we had in Austria 🇦🇹 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
