I wish I had got his name but a really helpful guy in your rental shop literally stopped the pain in my foot from my ski boots (my own ski boots) by cutting a foam ring and sticking it to my foot and heating my inner boot up so it gave a bit. He really was amazing! Massive thank you to him - I skiied the week without any issues after that.

Es war ein Problem, die online Kassen frühzeitig zu erkennen. Diese waren schlecht ausgeschildert. Aufgrund des Hohenaufkommens, stand man noch im Eingangsbereich, und konnte die Bildschirme mit online Reservierung nicht sofort erkennen. Somit stand man in der normalen Warteschlange, bis man die online Schalter sehen konnte, hier wäre vielleicht ein Hinweisschild von Vorteil.

It was my first time skiing in the Alps and I must say the customer service that I had in your shop was just perfect! It's super important to feel that the equipment is good for me and to my level and because of the expertise of the staff I enjoyed every minute skiing that day! And also when I returned the equipment the staff remembered me and wanted to know how it felt and was. I wish I knew the name of the staff that helped me especially with the boots, but if it helps to identify, I was there 7.3.2026 around 9-10 A.M. I hope this feedback finds it's way to the staff, thanks a lot!!!<3

The Nordica/BOA system boots were the best I've ever rented. I think the tech-enhanced measurement bay helped the team select a very well-fitting boot. I never got cramping in my feet, my feet weren't cold and I had no pain in my shins.

Es war wie immer hervorragend. Die Ausrüstung im Internet bestellt, der Ausleihvorgang vor Ort war in ganz kurzer Zeit abgewickelt. Die Mitarbeiter sind ausgesprochen fröhlich, nett und zugewandt.
