That’s not a problem. You can reset your password at any time. Just enter your email address in the login area and click on "Forgot password". We will immediately send you an email with a link to set a new password.

Yes, 100% of your money will be refunded – we do not have cancellation fees, if you cancel by the day before the first rental day. However, please let us know as soon as possible if you want to cancel, so our RENTertainers don't prepare the material unavailing.

Please mind: If you selected "delivery to accomodation" cancelation is free of charge untill 72 hours before your first rental day. Otherwise we will refund 100 % of the equipment price but withheld the delivery fee. If you selected "Depot PickUp" cancelation is free of charge untill 24 hours before your first rental day. Otherwise we will refund 100 % of the equipment price but withheld the fee for the service Depot PickUp.

You can pay using your credit card (Mastercard or Visa), Google Pay, Paypal or immediate transfer. Not all shops offer all 3 possibilities. Please follow the instructions after completing any online reservation.

Some stores do not offer payment on site. Before you finalize your reservation at the check out, you can see which payment methods the store offers and whether payment is possible in the store. But please note that by paying online, you usually save cash and time by not having to go to the checkout in the shop, allowing you to start your sports adventures even earlier.

Our system won't give you two discounts at once. But be assured you will always get the higher discount at your booking!

For example: You have a discount code for 15%, but will get 10% discount on the online booking , our system will subtract the 15% discount for you (except rental clothing and lift tickets)!

Your booking confirmation will be sent to your mail adress around 10 minutes after completing your booking.

Please also check your spam box! Sometimes it can happen that a mail provider marks those mails as spam.

Of course, you are allowed to pick up your skis or snowboard the day before your first rental day so that you can be on the slopes as quickly as possible in the morning. All our shops offer this service free of charge. Just get your equipment after 3 p.m. on the day before. That's our service for you!

Please note this offer is only valid in winter. In summer, it is not possible to collect bikes the day before.

The kids discount for ski and snowboard equipment only applies when both parents are also renting and the child is 10 years old or younger. Please add the equipment for the parents to the shopping cart first. Then you can add free economy skis and boots for the children.

At the beginning of your online reservation, after you have entered the location and date, you will find a small box on the right side: “discount code”. Please click it and enter your code. If you have come to our website directly via a partner website, the field may be hidden. In this case, the discount has already been automatically taken into account.

There could be various reasons why online payment isn’t working. In most cases, waiting a little while before trying again solves the problem. If it still isn’t working, try the following:

  • Update your browser
  • Open our website in another browser and log in again (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari...)
  • Try using a different computer or a different credit card, if possible.

If this doesn’t help either, please send an e-mail to info@intersportrent.at with a screenshot of the step at which the payment fails and briefly describe what happens. We will check if your payment was successful and will work on a solution as quickly as possible.

It’s really simple! You select a shop online which offers the “delivery to accommodation” service, and start the reservation process. At the start, you can choose between pick-up from the shop and delivery. If you decide to have the equipment delivered, you need to enter the address of your hotel or apartment in the next step. Here, the “carefree package” is automatically added to your basket. This insures your reserved equipment against damage or theft and means that you don’t have to pay any excess for the damage.

Once you have added all your desired products to the basket, you can complete the reservation process. Here, you must enter all the information that we need for preparing your equipment (e.g. height, weight and skiing level for adjusting the ski bindings). After you have paid, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will provide more precise information shortly before you arrive at your holiday location.

When you arrive, the hired equipment that you reserved online will already be waiting for you at your accommodation. All the necessary information and step-by-step instructions are included, and you can find everything explained in detail there. If you have reserved skis, a hire note is also enclosed which documents the correct binding settings. You must be sure to sign this before you first use the skis! If you have any questions, we are always available to help.

You can return the equipment directly to the shop. If required, you can also agree a pick-up time with the shop.

You have your own ski boots, but you would still like to hire skis? Of course you can! Just like the classic shop pick-up option, you can hire skis in combination with your own boots, and this also works with the delivery to accommodation and depot pick-up services. To allow us to set the binding safely and properly, we need the following information from you:

  • Brand of your ski boot (e.g. “Atomic”, “Fischer”, “Head”, “Dalbello”, ...)
  • Model name of your ski boot (e.g. “Hawx Prime 120” or “RC One 110”)
  • Sole length of your ski boot in millimetres (e.g. “286”) – this is normally stamped onto the heel area of the outside of the boot
  • Sole type of your ski boot (either “A – Adult” or “C – Child”) – this is normally stamped onto the outside of the boot with the letters “A” or “C”
  • Grip walk (either “yes” or “no”) – Is there lettering or a “grip walk” logo printed/stamped on your ski boot, or can you read the standard “5355” on the boot?

In addition to this, you must confirm in advance that your ski boot is NOT a touring boot or racing boot and that it is NOT any other kind of special boot, it is a normal ski boot according to ISO 5355. The boot must also be a maximum of ten years old. This is the only way we can set the binding to comply with the standard!

Of course, we are available to answer your questions at any time. If in doubt, you can also hire ski boots at any time."
 

Generally, you can always cancel at INTERSPORT Rent without stating a reason up to the day before the first rental day. We will then refund the entire price for your reserved equipment. However, please note that this does not apply to the delivery or depot pick-up services for short-notice cancellations:

  • Delivery to accommodation: Cancellation free of charge up to 72 hours before the start of the rental period. Cancellation is also possible within 72 hours before the start of the hire period – in this case, we will refund 100 % of the hire price, but retain the delivery fee.
  • Depot pick-up: Cancellation free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the hire period. Cancellation is also possible within 24 hours before the start of the hire period – in this case, we will refund 100 % of the hire price, but retain the depot pick-up service fee.
     

Yes, many of our INTERSPORT Rent shops also offer a delivery service for skis, snowboards and electric bikes. This means that the hired equipment you reserved online is brought directly to your accommodation at your holiday location. This makes your sports holiday in the mountains a lot more comfortable!

If the delivery option is available in your selected shop, this will be displayed to you directly during the reservation process. If your selected shop doesn’t offer this service, it doesn’t appear as an option on the website. In this case, you can pick up your equipment in person.
 

Many of our INTERSPORT Rent shops offer "Depot PickUp" as a delivery option. The hired equipment you reserved online is then prepared for you and made available in a depot. When you arrive, you just need to pick up the skis or snowboard from the depot and head straight for the piste. No contact and without queues – this makes your winter holiday even more comfortable!

If the depot pick-up option is available in your selected shop, this will be displayed to you directly during the reservation process.
 

Delivering the hired equipment to your accommodation at your holiday location or to the depot means additional expenses for us, which is why we add a service charge for this. The price is calculated per person and is excluded from any discounts. 

The amount differs a little from shop to shop. The specific costs are always displayed to you during the reservation process.

It is unfortunately not possible to book half-day rentals online. We only offer entire days there. For special reservations like these, please contact the RENTertainers in the specific shop and organise this with them. You will find the contact data under the menu item “locations”.

The discount for ski and snowboard equipment for teenagers up to 14 years old (they only pay 50% of the adult price) is not displayed separately; the price displayed is already 50% of the adult price.

In principle, skis from our Economy class are robust all-mountain skis that will guarantee you a lot of fun on the slopes. If you attach more importance to the material, we advise choosing the Premium rental class. The ski models in the Premium rental class are of a higher quality and will convince you with their very good material and great design. One more level above this, you will find the Superior class, our high-end skis (not available in all shops). If you are not sure which class to choose, we advise you to trust your gut feeling when reserving online. Our RENTertainers on site will ask you a few questions to find the right ski for you and you can change models within your rental class at any time for free, or change rental classes (not valid for economy equipment).

To make sure that there is enough equipment available for your class during the winter sports week, please inform us at least one month in advance (ideally, even before that). Here you will find all information on the prices of rental equipment for students as well as details on how to register.

INTERSPORT Rent cooperation partners such as accommodation providers in the region, trade partners or large organisations hand out discount codes or discount links. Please ask for INTERSPORT Rent discount codes or discount link at your accommodation.

You Carefree Package frees your from having to pay a deductible in case of breakage or theft. Your rental skis or snowboard is in principle insured against breakage and theft. In case of claim, so for example if your skis or sowboard break or are stolen, you must pay a deductible. You need only pay a one-off charge for the Carefree Package and then you won’t have to pay any deductible (except rental clothing). A police report is required in case of theft.

Login only works with the e-mail address you either used to check in at the shop or with which you registered on our site during your first online reservation. Please check to see if you have actually entered the correct e-mail address. If you still have a reservation confirmation from your last rental, then you can also see what e-mail address is given there.

If this solution doesn’t help either, please send an e-mail explaining your problem and stating your name and surname, as well as your date of birth at info@intersportrent.at. We will work on a solution as quickly as possible.

This can depend on the shop, any online discounts, rental class and the person who is renting the equipment. To quickly find out your price, simply start an online reservation. If you have rented from us before, you are already registered with your e-mail address and can simply use it to sign in. Choose your desired equipment and you will immediately see the price including any potential online discount.

You can always change your reservation yourself if it is done in time before your first rental day (usually up to 2 days before the start of the rental).

Please log in to your customer account and go to "My reservations". There you can, for example, change your rental period, correct the shoe size, change the rental location, add new products, cancel a person, etc. Of course you can contact us info@intersportrent.at if you need any help.

Alternatively, you can also contact the store directly and inform the RENTertainers on site of your change requests.

At any time! If you ever notice that your boots hurt your feet while on the slopes, please come by our shop again. We will exchange it with another model and won’t let you leave before you feel entirely comfortable in your boots. After all, we want you to have the most fun possible on the slopes.

You can select the storage option during the online reservation process and reserve it along with your rental equipment. If a shop offers a storage possibility, you can find a corresponding symbol under “products”. If no depot is displayed during the reservation process, it is possible that all the deopts are already occupied or there are no depots bookable at this shop. You are welcome to contact the local shop and ask if there is one available.

If your shop doesn’t appear to offer storage during the online reservation process, it might mean that there is no storage or that all storage spaces are reserved at the time of rental. You can try contacting the shop directly and asking about this. You will find the contact data under menu item “locations”.

Of course, many of our shops also rent fun sports equipment. You can find the fun sports equipment directly in the product overview in the online reservation or on our fun sports equipment overview. You can also contact the shop directly and ask which equipment is available for hire on site.

If you book the Carefree package for bike, then you will not have to pay an deductible in case of theft or breakage. All damage after proper use is covered by the Carefree Package. For the Carefree Package you pay a one-time fee depending on the rental period. You can book the Carefree Package during the rental process exclusively for the entire period. The Carefree Package includes a bicycle lock with which you lock your bike exclusively to fixed objects. In case of theft, a police report is required. A subsequent purchase of the Carefree Package is not possible.

In case of theft or breakage without a purchased Carefree Package, the current value of the bike will be charged according to the rental system. In the event of a fall or other damage during the course of the rental, repairs will be charged at cost.

If you book skis with INTERSPORT Rent, ski poles are included free of charge.

In some shops, you can find an additional drop-down list under the rental classes (Economy, Premium) with “Reserve a specific model”. There you can select your favourite model. If the shop doesn’t offer this option, you can write your desired model in the optional field “Optional comments on the reservation” just before concluding your reservation. The RENTertainers will do their best to fulfill your wishes.

  • Grip walk (either “yes” or “no”) – Is there lettering or a “grip walk” logo printed/stamped on your ski boot, or can you read the standard “5355” on the boot?

In addition to this, you must confirm in advance that your ski boot is NOT a touring boot or racing boot and that it is NOT any other kind of special boot, it is a normal ski boot according to ISO 5355. The boot must also be a maximum of ten years old. This is the only way we can set the binding to comply with the standard!

Generally, you can always cancel at INTERSPORT Rent without stating a reason up to the day before the first rental day. We will then refund the entire price for your reserved equipment. However, please note that this does not apply to the delivery or depot pick-up services for short-notice cancellations:

  • Delivery to accommodation: Cancellation free of charge up to 72 hours before the start of the rental period. Cancellation is also possible within 72 hours before the start of the hire period – in this case, we will refund 100 % of the hire price, but retain the delivery fee.
  • Depot pick-up: Cancellation free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the hire period. Cancellation is also possible within 24 hours before the start of the hire period – in this case, we will refund 100 % of the hire price, but retain the depot pick-up service fee.
     

Yes, many of our INTERSPORT Rent shops also offer a delivery service for skis, snowboards and electric bikes. This means that the hired equipment you reserved online is brought directly to your accommodation at your holiday location. This makes your sports holiday in the mountains a lot more comfortable!

If the delivery option is available in your selected shop, this will be displayed to you directly during the reservation process. If your selected shop doesn’t offer this service, it doesn’t appear as an option on the website. In this case, you can pick up your equipment in person.
 

Many of our INTERSPORT Rent shops offer "Depot PickUp" as a delivery option. The hired equipment you reserved online is then prepared for you and made available in a depot. When you arrive, you just need to pick up the skis or snowboard from the depot and head straight for the piste. No contact and without queues – this makes your winter holiday even more comfortable!

If the depot pick-up option is available in your selected shop, this will be displayed to you directly during the reservation process.
 

Delivering the hired equipment to your accommodation at your holiday location or to the depot means additional expenses for us, which is why we add a service charge for this. The price is calculated per person and is excluded from any discounts. 

The amount differs a little from shop to shop. The specific costs are always displayed to you during the reservation process.
 

Of course you are allowed to pick up your ski or snowboard on the day before your first rental day. All our shops offer this service free of charge. Just get your equipment after 4 p.m. on the day before.

 

Please note: It is not possible to pick up bicycles on the day before in all shops. Please contact the shop in advance.

You can in principle change your reservation if it is done in time before your first rental day. Please login to your account and go to "My reservations" to change your rental period, correct your shoe size, add products, etc. Of course you can contact us info@intersportrent.at if you need any help.

You can cancel your order easily in your customer account. Alternatively you can write an email to info@intersportrent.at. Please state your reservation number. If you payed in advance, we will refund your money. There are no cancellation fees, if you cancel by the day before the first rental day.

Please mind: If you selected "delivery to accomodation" cancelation is free of charge untill 72 hours before your first rental day. Otherwise we will refund 100 % of the equipment price but withheld the delivery fee. If you selected "Depot PickUp" cancelation is free of charge untill 24 hours before your first rental day. Otherwise we will refund 100 % of the equipment price but withheld the fee for the service Depot PickUp.

The kids discount for ski and snowboard equipment only applies when both parents are also renting and the child is 10 years old or younger. Please add the equipment for the parents to the shopping cart first. Then you can add free economy skis and boots for the children.

In principle, skis from our Economy class are robust all-mountain skis that will guarantee you a lot of fun on the slopes. If you attach more importance to the material, we advise choosing the Premium rental class. The ski models in the Premium rental class are of a higher quality and will convince you with their very good material and great design. One more level above this, you will find the Superior class, our high-end skis (not available in all shops). If you are not sure which class to choose, we advise you to trust your gut feeling when reserving online. Our RENTertainers on site will ask you a few questions to find the right ski for you and you can change models within your rental class at any time for free, or change rental classes (not valid for economy equipment).

In some shops, in addition to the rental classes (Economy, Premium, Superior), you will also find certain models in the product overview that you can reserve directly. If the shop doesn’t offer this option, you can write your desired model in the comment field during the online check-in after completing the reservation. The RENTertainers will do their best to fulfil your wishes.

After your reservation has been completed you will be forwarded to the online check-in where you can enter your name, weight, size, ... It is possible to leave a comment there. For example you can state your prefered ski brand or other preferences. 

It is unfortunately not possible to book half-day rentals online. We only offer entire days there. For special reservations like these, please contact the RENTertainers in the specific shop and organise this with them. You will find the contact data under the menu item “locations”.

You can select the storage option during the online reservation process and reserve it along with your rental equipment. If a shop offers a storage possibility, you can find a corresponding symbol under “products”. If no depot is displayed during the reservation process, it is possible that all the deopts are already occupied or there are no depots available at this shop. You are welcome to contact the local shop and ask if there is one available.

If you book premium or superior it is possible to switch between ski and snowboard for free.
