We were welcomed immediately on arrival and taken to the rental area where the operation of the bikes was explained to us.
The Premium hardtail bikes were fantastic, very light and with a good range of gears. Some felt the e-bikes were heavy and hard to manoeuvre and one lady found hers hard to step through, but they were also of high quality and took us to places we wouldn't have been able to visit otherwise - for example the fabulous mountain breakfast at Seidlalm.
We had one chain breakage, unfortunately on top of Hochsöll which required a return to the shop but it was quickly replaced.
