Guy who served us might have been the most miserable bloke I have ever met, he was rude, abrupt and lacked basic customer service skills. He was bald if that helps identify him, and I usually laugh it off but it made both me and my friend extremely angry to the point where we were going to report it then and there but thought better of it

My wife’s E bike quit working 15 minutes after leaving the shop. I switched bikes with her and I had to manually pedal the bike the rest of our trip. The shop refunded us for the one bike, but still made for an unpleasant experience

We ended up changing our reservation to a day before, as well as changing some bikes for a group of 6. Patrick and Carl couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating.

Excellent service from your Lauterbrunnen shop. Skis and boots all ready for collection before we arrived, and very quick return. Will definitely use again.
