Had a nice experience in Zermatt. The employee was very nice and friendly, and gave me nice skis. Thank you!

Delay in return. Rental was prepaid, but apparently initial records Agent reviewed did not reflect that was a prepaid rental. There was a delay as I could not located e-mail reflecting prepayment. Agent eventually did detailed search of records and confirmed I had prepaid. If book and prepay, to eliminate potential delay or confusion print out copy of confirmation showing prepayment.

They initially tried to charge me more in the shop saying the website prices were wrong.
