Hallo zusammen, leider habe ich mich schon am ersten Tag bei einem Sturz so verletzt, dass ich leider nicht mehr fahren konnte. Meine Ausrüstung wurde am 24.02. anstandslos und unkompliziert zurückgenommen, das Restguthaben habe ich direkt ausbezahlt bekommen. Das nenne ich Kundennähe und ihr hebt euch damit deutlich von der Liftgesellschaft ab, die nur einen Gutschein ausgestellt hat. Eure Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter haben mich sehr zuvorkommend behandelt, das hat mir in meiner Situation sehr gut getan, gebt das bitte an sie weiter! The booking process was very smooth and efficient, the possibility to arrange it online in advance was very helpful so we did not have to spend time on it upon arrival. We also used the storage option which was super convenient. The team in the rental is very friendly and everything is well organized. Our experience is very positive.
