At INTERSPORT you get not only top-quality gear, but also the confidence you’ve made the right choice. If, on first use, the product doesn’t fit or simply doesn’t convince you, you can exchange it easily.
This also applies to fit issues — especially with footwear such as ski boots, hiking boots, running shoes or inline skate shoes.

Not the right fit? Here’s how to exchange
- Visit the INTERSPORT shop where you made your purchase.
- Bring your proof of purchase and ensure the item is clean and undamaged.
- We’ll exchange it for the same or an equivalent product — quickly and fairly.
- Timeframe: within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Note: Exchanges are processed exclusively in the shop where the original purchase was made.

What is excluded?
For hygiene or individualisation reasons, the following products are excluded from the Satisfaction Guarantee:
- Personalised items (e.g. individually printed products)
- Hygiene items such as underwear or swimwear
- Custom-made products
- Sports nutrition
For these items, an exchange after first use is not possible.
Important: Your statutory warranty/consumer rights remain unaffected.
