Outstanding service was provided by the staff both for hiring ski equipment and subsequently for buying ski boots for two of our party. Three of our party also bought customised boot insoles. The staff took great care with all aspects to ensure we were happy with our hire and purchases. The hire process was very quick and efficient and we stored our skis and boots in the shop (basement of Hotel Bergland) which was so convenient.
