It was useful to be told that the bike rentals can be dropped off at other intersport stores. This facility was used on the day. It would be good to include helmets at no extra charge.

The bike ride experience was very great and wonderful. However, we have been waited very long to be service. One of the young man and long hair his attitude was not friendly and rude. We don’t have another options so we have to go back anyway because the other local bike hire is closed. Lucky when we go back it was another nicer staff that’s help us with the hired. Lucky it doesn’t ruined my day. Thank you

Es war mühsam alle Infos zu Grösse und Gewicht von alle Mitglieder der Gruppe zu sammeln. Nachher im Shop, waren die Velos bereit. Wir wussten aber nicht wer Velo für welche Person vorbereitet wurde. Falls ihr nicht so viel Infos braucht, bitte fragt ihr dafür nicht..

Nous n'avons pas l'habitude de ce type de vélos, on nous a bien attribué des vélos de taille différente mais au final nous n'avons pas essayé plus que ça avant de partir. L'un des vélos était trop grand pour la personne l'utilisant, un peu handicapant à force sur la journée, dommage de ne pas nous avoir mieux orienté ou fait tester la hauteur (taille du cadre)
