Intersport Pangratz is the best. We have never had a bad/poor experience there, every single one of the employees we have dealt with was knowledgeable, efficient, accommodating and courteous. Everyone speaks German and English equally well, and a few employees are fluent in other languages also. Anytime we have had a small problem with our skis or boots, it was dealt with promptly and efficiently, and management has gone out of their way to help to assist with whatever we needed. We highly recommend Intersport Pangratz for all your rental, storage or advice on prospective purchases of Wintersport gear.

From the moment we walked into the shop. The lady directed from the entry level to see Mario who was a legend in St.Anton I would say. During our rental a family member was sick. Intersport refunded remaining days of her Ski's and hire equipment no questions asked. It was a delight to rent our equipment from them. Any problems they say bring it back to any one of our 3 shops in St.Anton and they would fix. Boots not right, Ski's not right something needs adjusting bring it back. We will fix. They go beyond. Absolutely Brilliant Experience. And their equipment is 1st class. Thanks so much for being a part of our holiday. The Best.
