Extremely friendly guys at the shop! So nice to carry the equipment to the door every day. Also had a minor issue one day where someone had mistakenly taken my skis from the depot but it was no issue and handled really good by the staff.

Ist wahrscheinlich schwer umzusetzten, aber ein extra Schalter für Leute die vorab alles Online angegeben und bezahlt haben wäre super. Es kommt sonst grade an stressigen Tagen zu teils wirklich langen Wartezeiten, wenn alle Leute erst Vorort schauen was sie brauchen etc.
Ansonsten wirklich super nette und kompetente Mitarbeiter, Abwicklung ging sehr schnell, Material war super.
