Ich war super zufrieden mit dem kompletten Ablauf und auch den ausgeliehenen Skiern. und auch das ich erst am nächsten morgen noch die Skier abgeben konnte (weil Apreski etwas zu lange ging) fand ich super und war sehr dankbar. Würde jederzeit wieder etwas dort ausleihen wenn nötig.

Ein herzlichen Dank an die Mitarbeiter im Hause. Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Oktober 2025 vor Ort und hatten den Verleih genutzt. Nun wieder bei den gleichen Personen. Diese waren wieder super freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und sehr kompetent! Top Mitarbeiter immer wieder gerne. Intersport Pangratz is the best. We have never had a bad/poor experience there, every single one of the employees we have dealt with was knowledgeable, efficient, accommodating and courteous. Everyone speaks German and English equally well, and a few employees are fluent in other languages also. Anytime we have had a small problem with our skis or boots, it was dealt with promptly and efficiently, and management has gone out of their way to help to assist with whatever we needed. We highly recommend Intersport Pangratz for all your rental, storage or advice on prospective purchases of Wintersport gear.

Excellent service in Lech. I particularly liked the boot measuring device which meant that we didn't have to remove our boots prior to them being fitted to the skis. Lockers seemed to be very pricy though which discouraged us from hiring them - a shame. Lastly, all ski hire shops in Lech were much more expensive than in Mayrhofen where we go next.

Das Team war wie immer super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Skiausrüstung war gut, Skier wurden sofort ausgetauscht, wenn man nicht zurechtkam. Der gebrochene Stock meiner Tochter, nach einem heftigen Sturz, wurde uns anstandslos ersetzt und nicht in Rechnung gestellt. Nächstes Mal kommen wir wie immer gerne wieder.

Vorabreservierung einfach und schnell. Die Daten werden im Konto gespeichert und können noch jederzeit geändert werden. Im Geschäft nimmt man sich trotz Andrang die notwendige Zeit und wirkt nicht gehetzt. Alle sind sehr freundlich. Die komplette Abwicklung ist zudem sehr unkompliziert und gezahlt wird erst ganz am Schluss bei der genauso unkomplizierten Rückgabe.
